Human Resource and Admin Executive

Butterworth, Pulau Pinang Grand De Garden Hotel

1. Conducting interview , Job Adv, placement of candidates
2. All HR letters – Appointment letters, contract, confirmation,  showcause letter, warning letters, letter to bank & other authorities
3. Conducting in-house training, orientation, on-going drafting / fine tuning of orientation books & slides
4. Propose / implement / enforce necessary improvement of company policies & procedures
5. Payroll preparation, EPF, SOCSO, Tax computation, HRDF & all reports
6. Liaise with suppliers, authorities etc. – price negotiation, comparison & sourcing
7. All licenses – application & renewal, filing, recording
8. Health & safety / ERT committee – maintaining the documents & minutes
9. Staff welfare & staff parties
10. Memo & notice board control + briefing of memos
11. Purchasing & stock check
12. Act as auditor ie. Kitchen, café audit
13. Conducting briefing when necessary
14. Minutes taking in HOD meeting & ensure follow through
15. Staff disciplinary & termination as well as grievances handling
16. Overall incharge of daily work activities of all the subordinates to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and meeting deadlines. By giving guidance & supervision to them.
17. Adhoc or any other projects / matters


All reports : payroll, manpower, disciplinary, purchasing, stock.


Reports to : Office Manager for the daily issues in order to rectify the problems before it affects the operations
