Responsibilities:

• Cost Management.


• Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the company’s computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.


• Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.


• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.


• Ensuring adherence with software licensing law.


• Providing user training, support, advice and feedback.


• Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one.


• Purchase hardware and software as per company requirement.


• Providing ICT technology infrastructures for an organization.


• Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology projects.


• Assist with upgrading information security.


• Oversee all phases of project from conception to completion.


• Utilize in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to design and implement secure solutions to meet customer / client needs while protecting the corporation’s assets.


• Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.


• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.


• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.


• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.


• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.


• Capability to work independently, produce Better results and able to work during emergency.


• Familiar with Hardware, Troubleshooting, network systems administration client server, client support and user support, design, operating system and documentation software.


• Programming and handle ERP system ,etc.


• Willing to go or transfer within our company premises.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess Degree in information Technology,Administration or Programming.


• Have 2 or 3 years working experience in related field.


• Willing to work at Senai.
