Our client; an Overseas Company who specialise in High End Luxury Cars, is looking for a Master Technician / Technical Manager to join their Bentley Dealership based in the Far-East.

This client is a global company with several dealerships, ranging from Bentley to Renault and covering many other Prestige brands. They have an excellent ethos and attitude towards their employees and reward them highly in benefits and salary.

To be successful for this role you MUST HAVE a Bentley or Audi Master Technician qualification (or be a VAG accredited Master Technician), and a high focus on customer skills and communication.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee workshop operations across various sites carrying out technical analysis and resolving vehicle technical issues
* Handle technical queries, from customers and other technicians whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Remain fully conversant with all manufacturer technical literature to coach and develop training programs for all technical staff

Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of automotive experience within the technical side of the business
* Candidate must possess Bentley or Audi master technical qualification (or be a VAG accredited Master Technician).
* Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and people management skills

The main aim of your role is to manage and supervise the workshop, assisting in any problems the other Technicians may face as well as dealing with customer problems and queries.

Not only will you receive up to date training but you also receive a high basic salary, excellent bonuses plus housing allowance, car and fuel.

As this role is based OVERSEAS you must be willing to relocate for a minimum 2 year contract.
