Responsibilities:

• To develop, implement and manage all aspects of Project Works from inception to completion.


• Responsible for authorities’ submission & obtaining approval. Liaising with relevant authorities department and consultants.


• To monitor and to ensure design to meet client’s budget while ensuring all client’s requirement are met.


• Assist the Directors/Partners in maintaining and building the reputation of the practice in accordance with the business plan


• Responsible to carry out any job assigned to you and to lead the team to manage and coordinate all aspects of design process, documentation and construction.


• To monitor and lead the team to ensure that the integrity of the concept has been well translated and is maintained by reviewing drawings before distribution, and that all specifications and technical apsects are in compliance with building bylaws

Requirements:

• Continuously seek for self- improvement both on technical skill and leadership skill and beyond.


• Part II qualification 


• Able to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural team


• At least 2 years experience in Architecture


• International projects will be a definite advantage
