Randstad is partnering with an MNC organisation who is leading providers of freight forwarding and supply chain management services. The company have been providing our customers with transportation and logistics solutions that support the way they want to do business, wherever they are in the world for more than 10 years.

About the role

The role is a permanent role that based at Subang Jaya. Working 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be the first person that employees and potential clients see, so you’re always representing the company.

Duties and responsibilities

• Attend to all incoming calls and visitors.


• Handle general clerical support such as delivering of message, faxes and etc.


• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.


• Monitoring inventory, purchasing and gods receiving for stationery, pantry items, etc.


• Responsible for office and facilities maintenance matter.


• Sourcing and purchasing for office related goods at best price.


• Ad hoc task.

Skills and requirement

• Candidate must possess at least an Advance/Higher or Graduate Diploma or in any field


• Required skill(s):  Excellent MS Office.


• Excellent Telephone and verbal communication skill.


• Must be customer oriented and organize.


• Must be able to converse  well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.


• 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is added as an advantage.
