Reporting Analyst (Human Resource) - Cyberjaya, SGR


Job Description

This is a global position within the HR Services Reporting & Analytics team based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. This role will support the HR Services organization to acquire, analyze, and produce data / reports that are required to manage the HR Services Delivery and to support the management for business decision making. The reporting Analyst role will need• Establishes strong relationships with stakeholders• Manage reporting requests in the reporting management system by using a standard process• Interacts with reporting clients to understand metrics/reporting requirements to identify the reporting solution for the data requirements• Run queries from proper data sources and organize per defined reporting requirements• Analyze data and make appropriate conclusions and prepare results into a meaningful format for the requestor• Distribute the reports/metrics in the standard and centralized repository• Standardize global metrics and eliminate duplication reporting work• Provide adhoc reporting support per business needs• Implement and maintain the reporting tools and drive reporting automationTimely and accurate business report produced are the key.Skill requirements:Good knowledge on the database management and SQL is preferred Analytics Skill; Communication Skill; Problem Solving Skill and Teamwork • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), extra language(s) such as Chinese or Portuguese are a plus but not required• Effective communication & interpersonal skills, cross cultural & global teaming skills• Excellent analytical skills, can organize and analyze the data, and provide accurate, consistent reports per defined requirements• Good Problem Solving Skill and Teamwork• Ability to effectively communicate with client to gain a complete understanding of new/existing data requirements• Ability to integrate analytics and client’s demand • Good documentation & Knowledge management skill• Proven ability to manage the urgent request and multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility • Pro-actively manages workload and prioritizes effectively to meet timelines established• Proficient user of Excel/spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint• Experience on using Business Intelligence tool (IBM Cognos, Hyperion(Brio), Intelliprint Analytics and so on)• Knowledge of business processes management or/and project management is preferred
