Job Description:
– A Regional Role, supports IBM counterpart from Taiwan
– Manages IBM sales bids and contracts, assist IBM Sales team in administrative and coordination work.
– Prepare and validate contracts, submit and follow up on all necessary approvals.
– Ensure sales bids and tender submission on a timely manner.
– Facilitate meetings and conference calls with various parties.
– Ensure compliance to all audit guidelines and adhere to all establish processes.
– Assume additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
– Fast learner, basic to intermediate IT Skills
– Able to provide clear, concise and informative written/oral communications.
– Able to collaborate with others to carry out assigned responsibilities and negotiates as required.
– Able to work during public holidays and weekend as and when business required.
– Able to start as a short notice.
