Job Description
– To prepare bill quantities, budget control and cost estimates
– To manage all aspects of contract from pre-contract to post- contract
– To monitor trade contractors and suppliers payments
– Responsible for project procurement, tendering, pricing or costing
– To prepare bill of quantities
– To manage the commercial department
– Responsible for forecast, cost analysis and cost management

Requirements:
– Experienced in working with Main Contractors for more than 10 years, preferable in managerial position
– Experienced in infrastructure and building projects
– 2 vacancies
