The Company
Join an internationally listed Investment fund with an asset portfolio of over MYR 2Bn. Lead a team of property management staff to ensure efficient and effective management of properties owned by the Group.

The Role
To oversee the whole process of managing agents, sub­contractors and ensure that the property maintenance of estates is of high standard at all time.
To provide good customer service to purchasers or tenants.

The Experience
Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property. Development/Property Management or equivalent.
At least 7 years of working experience in property and building management.
