As a Technical Trainer, you are expected to…

• Conduct class room type training as well as the creation of self-studies and online training materials. 


• Prepare training for functional and technical content for End Users; functional and technical consultants of software applications. 


• Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, resources and project deliverable


• Coordinate, steer and monitor all project related activities with regards to training and collaboration to ensure smooth execution of project training and deliverable.


• Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact to project timeline, quality of deliverable and costs 

You’re definitely the best fit for this position is you have most of the following criteria: 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences or similar qualifications in an Education/Psychology field of study, 


• With very good technical understanding and experience as a Trainer


• Experience as a trainer (Classroom Training and Virtual Training as well as Blended Learning)


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and Systems and complex data modelling


• Programming experience, preferably in web and mobile applications development


• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills,


• Must be willing to travel (Local and International assignments)


• Familiar with JavaScript, C# language, have experience to develop web application


• Experience of management and development (T-SQL, Stored Procedure, Trigger etc.) in MS SQL Server database
