Supervisor/Superitendent

Responsibilities:

• To lead, supervise and motivate a group of work team to meet production plan & shipment schedule.


• Interface with Engineering, QA and other support function groups to resolve line problems.


• Involve in inventory control, manpower arrangement and material planning.


• Lead continuous improvement of operational efficiency and quality.


• Responsible for staff training besides measuring & appraising subordinates performance through periodic performance appraisal.


• Overview safety and regulatory requirements of the plant.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in engineering / manufacturing management or related field.


• Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Rubber/Plastic manufacturing field.


• Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.


• Familiar with Quality & Environment management requirements, such as ISO 9001 & 14000.


• A result-oriented and self-motivated team player.


• Computer literate and well versed in ERP/MRP system (training provided if lacking in system knowledge)


• Candidates with secondary education but possessed similar working experience are encouraged to apply.


• Wiiling to work at Taman Gembira, Tampoi.


• Preferably candidates from Rubber / Plastic field, but will accept those candidates with strong supervisory experience.
