Transport Supervisor - Limousine Division

Position: Transport Supervisor ( Limousine Division )
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage to ensure smooth daily operation, communication, pass down, and follow-ups with all drivers for the standard operating procedures, working instructions, notification of changes, temporarily changes, and other important messages


• Handle feedback and issues raised by customers and drivers, and assist them to process and resolve all arising problems


• Ensure drivers are fully compliant to company safety policies and standards


• Arrange/ allocate vehicles for transport deliveries


• Arrange to ensure timely vehicles scheduled maintenance, swift response breakdown recovery, record vehicle and equipment due for repair, and vehicles maintenance log sheets


• Maintaining records, documents, and renewal in accordance to JPJ, PUSPAKOM, SPAD, LTA , and factory required standards


• Submit monthly vehicle reports


• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in supervisory and transportation services


• Knowledge in customer service operation in a similar industry is preferred


• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word) and detailed in paper work


• Possession of PSV driving license will be advantageous


• Able to work independently on flexi working hours


• Self-motivated and high sense of responsibility


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
