Randstad is partnering with leading international FMCG based organization. The client is actively looking for a Instrument Engineer’s to join their company as part of their expansion plan. The company have is growing and expanding their portfolio and this will be a very unique opportunity in Malaysia which will elevate your career.

about the role

The client is offering a permanent job opportunity. The work required you to work in flexi hours. You are responsible for overall utilities plant operation inclusive the boilers, water treatment plant, chilling/cooling plant and air treatment supply to main operation building and UHT plant including piping systems and other installation.

duties

• Attend Emergency Reactive Maintenance on Utilities equipment within shift work.


• Provides daily report on the usage, downtime, root cause analysis, and proposed alternate solutions.


• Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports as to comply with energy management requirement.

• Analyze the trend and prepares the necessary action plan.


• To establish and execute Planned Maintenance for weekly, monthly, half yearly and annually for each critical equipment.


• Maintain parts and recommended necessary services required.

skills & experience

• Successfully candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Mechanical or any related field.


• 3-6 years working experience of industrial Utilities in manufacturing industry and FMCG/Food & Beverages industry will be added advantage.


• Experienced With Utilities Operations & Maintenance I.E Water


• Candidates need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.


• Able to work independently and self –motivated.
