About the Company
Randstad is currently partnering with a fast growing company in IT Consulting
Duties
- Identify issues and propose solutions prior to executing the change or bug fixing.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure all SLA targets / schedules are met.
- Work with users to understand the requirements from business perspective and manage user expectations.
- Perform requirement gathering and analysis, technical design, coding, testing and implementation.
- Develop and ensure test cases with stated requirements.
- Develop and ensure documentation in compliance.
- Communicate issues or developments identified during activities and provide recommended process improvements to management.
- Prepare and present technical and program information to team members and management.
- Prepare reports and able to communicate involvement and results of activities.
- Perform any task / activity assigned from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years on support, managing user requirements to deliverables, preferably with knowledge in Orders, Invoice and Stock Management.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in retail commerce / supply chain industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology or related field.
- Must have strong technical skill sets with RPG 3 development capability.
- Initiative, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willing to work long hours and travel overseas
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of AS 400 hardware
