Job Description :
Perform time study to determine equipment UPH, process Cycle Time and Work Standards. Conduct and lead productivity improvement study by identifying equipment losses and opportunity for improvements. Maintain UPH, Line Balance Chart and Work Standard Database. Perform capacity analysis to analyze line constraints and identify opportunity for improvements. Maintain Manufacturing Assets Database. Participate in Lean/Kaizen activities. Involved in manufacturing work methods analysis and improvement including work measurement and the establishment of standards, machining tool analysis and design, job and workplace design, plant layout and facility design, material handling, cost reduction, production planning and scheduling, inventory control, maintenance and replacement, statistical quality control, scheduling assembly line balancing systems and procedures and overall productivity improvement. Support organization to grow and expand efficiently and streamline costs and consolidate and reallocate resources for improvement.
