Program manage global communication initiatives such as employer branding, employee engagement survey, recognition program etc. Independently manage the company’s internal communication channels and tools, which include intranets, blogs, web conference, newsletters, etc. Explore and propose new tools to communicate more effectively. Craft messages and develop communication templates and presentations for senior executives. Liaise with regional and site HR/ communication leads to ensure successful rollout of initiatives.
