- Handles incoming calls (orders, inquiries, complaints, etc.)
- Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, account collection, etc.)
- Directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager, although a certain degree of creativity and latitude may be required.
- May be required to manage, guide, and motivate teams.
- Basic knowledge of business applications.
- Fresh Grad is under consideration
- Proficiency in English & Malay (Able to speak, read and write)
- Added advantage if able to speak other languages (eg. Mandarin, Cantonese etc)
- Added credit if have customer service related experience (eg. Sales, serving, telemarketing etc)
- Requires at least someone with good analytical skills due to the nature of the work.
Additional Job Requirements for position handling Hong Kong Accounts:
- Read, Write and Speak Cantonese & Mandarin Language proficiency
- Mandatory should be rated least at 8/10 for Cantonese/Mandarin spoken and written
- 7/10 for English.
- Note that the customer base is for Hong Kong.
- Candidate should have at least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates can be considered
- Only open to local Malaysian
- Salary will be based on experience and qualification.
