Join our Client a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of state-of-the-art aids to navigation, helideck lighting, aviation obstruction lighting, explosion proof products and renewable energy power systems.

the role

• Assist and respond to technical inquiries. 


• Provide technical support including installation, commissioning, maintenance of equipment, and provide training for clients


• To communicate with customers in order to understand requirements, expectations and to workout solutions. 


• Able to handle customers’ complex queries.


• Oversee the whole process from site survey, site supervision, manage repair process to ensure products are properly installed based on proposal.


• Responsible in up keeping of technical library for manual and technical drawings, especially for new products installation. 


• To conduct appropriate engineering operation (including schedule) at onsite

the experience

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering. 


• Min 2 years work experience in similar role


• Able to read and understand schematics diagram.


• Possess own vehicle 


• Regional traveling required
