Job description:
1. Responsibility for office paper works, data entry and filing of documents
2. Able to handle basic correspondence and documentation
3. Undertake account payable and receivable tasks
4. Request & prepare payments for suppliers and any other billing’s
5. General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
6. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
7. Retrieve documents from filing system
8. Handle requests for information and data
9. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
10. Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
11. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
12. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
13. Coordinate and maintain records for telephones and petty cash
14. Perform other assigned tasks
