Due to a late departure, my client requires the services of an experienced Early Years/Kindergarten leader to oversee operations of their Nursery centre commencing January 2016.

The centre caters for children ages 3 to 5 years. Pupils are typically from western expat, other expat or upper socio local families.

The role will see u manage a small team and have full control over day to day operations including budget responsibilities. Previous experience in a school setting is a must.

Package

An annual salary up to $80KUSD depending on qualifications and experience is to be offered. Additional for Masters qualified. Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Masters qualification at early years level to be considered.

Your package also includes annual flights (including dependents), monthly accommodation allowance, relocation allowance, medical, end of contract gratuity/bonus and visa. Tuition/visa for up to two children is also covered.

The successful candidate must be able to start in the month of January 2016 with the view to commit to a three year contract. Interviews are to be arranged with immediate effect.
