Our client, a leading Malaysian organisation have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to manage the Retail Shopping Centre.
your position
Reporting directly into the Senior Operations Manager, you will be required to manage a large Retail property with a small commercial building. Duties include but not limited to:
• Financial Management – Managing a repairs and maintenance budget (OPEX)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring OHS & current legislations, preparing reports, excellent presentation skills and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Managing a large Retail shopping centre
your experience
For this exciting opportunity, the successful candidate will have proven experience in the following:
• Managing a repairs and maintenance budget
• Proven technical knowledge including asset management
• Multi-site management – Retail & Commercial
• Possess a positive attitude who generate a good working environment
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. You will be required to submit extensive reports, train staff, conduct presentations and have the ability to liaise with Junior staff members through to Senior Leadership Personnel.
