Join a reputable consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Kuala Lumpur. This firm specialises in the cost management of projects mostly residential and high rise commercial. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of KL’s most iconic projects.

the role
Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects offering expertise to Developers and Main Contractors. This is office based 5 days per week,

• Cost Planning and Cost Management


• Estimating and Measuring


• Feasibility studies


• Value management


• Budget control


• Post contract administration

the experience
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• 5-7+ years postgraduate experience


• 5 years with Cost Consultants  / Project Management Consultancies


• Degree / Diploma in Cost management or Quantity Surveying  


• Strong written and verbal English skills


• Overseas experience  / RICS advantageous
