QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are building contractor located in Setia Walk – Puchong. We are looking for Quantity Surveyor involved in taking off, main claims and sub-con claims, material sourcing, tender document preparation, costing and quotation/pricing for sub-contractors/supplier, prepare site valuation and measurement for monthly progress claim, variation order, prepare progress report, etc.

Requirements:-
• Diploma or Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Building Technology / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year working experience in consultant firm will be considered.
• Fresh graduate from are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication in English.
