About the team
The CPE (Construction, Property & Engineering) division has been through an accelerated growth plan and are currently seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader/Manager. The team is the largest and the most experienced within our recruitment industries within Malaysia.

About the role
The Manufacturing Market is an exciting area as it is a buoyant market with lots of opportunity. The division are seeking a Team/Leader Manager to take a hand’s on approach in the continued development of the manufacturing recruitment market. Your ability to develop relationships, build new business, motivate staff and continually think outside the box to be ahead of the competition will be instrumental in your success.  

In addition to the above you will have:
  • Experience of the  recruitment industry
  • Experience exceeding KPI’s and targets
  • Experience having previously managed a team or looking to step up into this role
  • High energy levels and a positive attitude
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Passion to succeed in a busy working environment
  • Team focused and a collaborative working style
