Senior Estimator - High Rise / High Value - Kuala Lumpur

Having grown consistently due to a solid client base and referrals, this company is looking for an Estimator who can hit the ground running thus must have at substantial Malaysian experience, and can demonstrate good working knowledge of the construction sector, specifically commercial and high-rise/apartment projects.

the role

• In this role you will be responsible for the overall estimating of High Rise projects and some smaller commercial works.


• Responsible for end to end estimating on  apartment projects. 


• Manage the end to end process to deliver multiple tenders


• Preparing & reviewing quotations for project varying from MYR300m – 1bnin value


• Developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and clients


• Preparation and analysis of lump sum tenders, budgets & cost plans

the experience
To be successful in this job you’ll need a proven track record at winning tenders of minimum MYR200m on commercial projects. Ideally you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and have excellent written and communication skills.
