Job Description:

The Senior IT Solution Engineer – Client Technologies reports directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure Asia as well as functionally to the Global Head of Client.
 
Your Profile

• Explore and deploy the latest innovations in workplace and client technologies to provide business value.


• Design, implement and manage workplace and client solutions, e.g. Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10, SCCM, VDI, Citrix, and Airwatch


• Assess and deploy the latest device innovations, e.g. smartphones, tablets, and wearable computing.


• Work in a global team in close cooperation with stakeholders in IT and business, as well as with external solution partners


• Ensure reliable operations of the global client infrastructure and software deployment


• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for solutions together with solution vendors, e.g. Microsoft premier support.


• Stay up to date on client and workplace solutions in the market 

Priority 1

• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge and strong IT affinity


• 3+ years professional experience in the area of IT Workplace and Client technologies Experience in IT project management, solution management and vendor management Fluent in English (verbally and written)


• University degree in IT related field, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (Master or PhD is added advantage) 


• Has a proven user and business focus (instead of a technology focus) Has good change management experience
