To be a quantity surveyor with leading insfrastructure and earthwork specialist.

An established construction company with many major projects, both nationwide and overseas, specializing in civil, construction, foundation, geotechnical, marine engineering and repair works.

about the role

• 
  

  To assist the Asst. Contracts Manager to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.

  
  


• 
  

  To implement all policies, activities,procedures,instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.

  
  

• To prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotations.


• To prepare and submit progress claim and final accounts to clients.


• To evaluate progress claims/invoices and final accounts from sub-contractors.


• To carry out taking-off quantities / measurements and prepare bill of quantities

skills & responsibilities

• Total work experience of 0 – 2 years in quantity surveying


• Experience with Main Contractors or Sub Contractors with building, commercial projects


• Excellent written & verbal English, Mandarin speaking is an added advantage


• Able to take-off quantities, Basic Knowledge in contractual matters, able to read drawings and prepare cost estimates, Computer Literate, AutoCad.


• Willing to learn and expand their knowledge


• Fresh graduates in Quantity Surveying are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided


• Able to work in Subang Jaya
