DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Specialised ongoing support in one of the three work streams: P2P, O2C or A2R/ R2R.


• Ongoing Oracle functional system support for all areas as well as the specialisation


• Maintaining integrations with local boundary systems & payment solutions in conjunction with local IT & third-party support teams;


• Answering ad-hoc user queries;


• Business user liaison when required;


• Identifying & gathering change requirements and contributing to overall Oracle system change management processes;


• Maintenance of system documentation;


• Oracle master data maintenance;


• Executing user training for Oracle users;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 with at least three years (3 years) demonstrable functional skills in the stream specialisation.


• Specialised ongoing support in one of the three work streams: P2P, O2C or A2R/R2R.


• Will have worked in a ‘Business As Usual’ support capacity.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, documentation and problem solving skills


• Finance background an advantage


• Detail & service oriented self-starter and be able to effectively prioritise assignments and meet deadlines;


• Willing to work to policies and procedures;


• Ability to adapt, learn and evolve in a dynamic team environment;


• Oracle R12 experience essential


• Oracle certification an advantage
