AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE

PETALING JAYA, Selangor FARMTRAC MALAYSIA SDN BHD
JOB DESCRIPTION :

• To maintain customers relationship and after sales service.


• Track and monitor product performance, analyze results and present improvement recommendations/solutions to customers.


• Provide support and after sales service to customers, including training, problem resolution, providing expert advice/comsultancy, strengthening customer relationship.


• Full involvement in the creation and maintenance of a product installation and technical support package.


• To provide technical advice to department and conduct incoming and outgoing product quality control.


• Supervise and planing to improve our service team and develop their skills


• Provide customer satisfaction and service management report to Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor"s or profesional Degree in  Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or in related field


• Computer literate (skills in Ms Office)


• Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese 


• Willing to travel.
