Call Centre Professional - Mandarin speaking
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To attend to subscriber’s telephony fault enquiries and complaints
• To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.
• To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.
• Answering and responding to inbound telephony fault reporting calls and escalate the trouble ticket to respective unit for further action according to specified Practice and Procedure.
• Ensure comprehensive information is captured on internal system so that a colleague can understand what occurred and been agreed on the call.
• To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy
• Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives i.e ISO9001 & TMBEA.

REQUIREMENT:
• Candidate must be Malaysian citizen
• Candidate must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
• Good communication and writing skills in English AND Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and team skills
• Ability to work varied shift types including weekend and late shifts
• Team player
• Excellent telephone techniques and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of computers and the Internet
• Ability to work without supervision when required
• Computer literate with experience using all Windows Operating systems, common email application and browser programs
• Ability to use internal email systems (Microsoft Outlook)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

•Type of Employment:
– 12 months contract under Quess (renewable upon performance)
Work Location: Petaling Jaya
Work Pattern: 24/7 shift rotation basis
Working Day: 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday)
AL + ML + EPF + SOCSO + Medical Insurance
Start Date: 30th May 2016
Benefits: Basic salary up to RM3000 + Shift Allowance up to RM400 + OverTime Entitlement
