Finance manager

- Manages budgeting and forecasting, month end closing & reporting, compliance and controls.
- Review integrity and accuracy of the financial reports and supporting schedules in accordance to the company policy and accounting policy.
- Prepare Financial variance analysis for management team.
- Manage cash flow and treasury matters of the Company including working with Management Team to drive cost efficiencies and ultimately profitability.
- Responsible to develop and implement Finance SOP.
- Manage Tax and Treasury including building strong relationship and liaison with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and government authorities.
- To provide an in-depth analysis and recommendations for improving accuracy of forecasts, budgeting and analytical initiatives to contribute to the enhancement and efficient measures of key deliverables.
- Responsible for the office maintenance, Facility Management, including the renovation coordination, office maintenance and office supplies purchase.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance and Professional Accounting qualification (Member of MIA/ACCA or equivalent) with minimum eight (8) years working experience in FMCG or Retail industry, at least 2 years of supervisory role.
- Analytical mind with attention to details
- Experience in Budget preparation – Hyperion budgeting system
- Possess knowledge of JDE systems/SAP and preferably with working experience with MNC.
- Must able to communicate & write in Mandarin
