Design and develop soft skills programmesConduct in-house soft skills programmes (customer service, personal and interpersonal effectiveness)Design, develop and facilitate training sessions through partnership with training providers and line managers to achieve set goalsWork with assigned business units to understand business requirements and provide solutions to bridge competency gapsCoordinate and facilitate other training activities and to ensure the smooth implementation of the training planConduct Training Needs Analysis and follow throughEstablish, manage and review training guidelines and policies to ensure alignment with the Bank’s expectations and compliance
