Credit Risk - Malaysia

Client is currently searching for a Credit Risk for Banking in day ­to ­day operation. You will report to the Chief Risk Officer.

• The Credit Risk Associate will be based in Kuala Lumpur with primary responsibility for managing Internal stakeholders for Credit Portfolio


• The Credit Risk Associate will work closely with the primary Credit Risk Officer and Stakeholders and Corporate Banking business units to manage and own the Client Credit Relationship


• Responsibilities include financial analysis, modeling, validation, project management, Portfolio and Credit Reviews


• The Credit Risk Associate will be required to work on Loan and ISDA documentation and negotiation – working closely with the primary Credit Risk Officer and internal/external legal team


• Post-closing, the incumbent will be responsible for preparing regular credit and portfolio reviews, including monitoring of covenants and borrower undertakings, timely and accurately update of credit lines, tracking of excess and resolving exceptions

Skills & Experience

• At least 2-3 years of relevant Insurance/banking experience


• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance/ Economics/ Mathematics or Actuarial Studies


• Certified Financial Accountant


• Excellent communication, problem solving, resourceful, a team player.


• Team player, positive thinking, trustworthy and honest.
