about the role
The finance manager will be working closely with the CFO himself which has been known to be an objective leader which treasures relationship and encourage growth from within. He practises a policy where everyone’s opinion and idea is regarded as valuable. He is looking for an independent and detail oriented arm to join him the management of the organization.


duties & responsibilities


  • Responsible for the consolidation and financial reporting of the organization in accordance to statutory requirements

  • Review overall scope of operation

  • Oversee day-to-day regional accounting in international subsidiaries

  • Manage and delegate task among a team of 11 executives

  • Responsible for the compliance of accounting standards, BURSA and relevant statutory requirements.

  • Ensures punctual and accurate closing of accounts and financial information

skills & experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ MIA/ MICPA/ or equivalent)

  • Experience in Public Listed Companies would be a huge bonus

  • Mandarin is mandatory as position requires communication with foreign subsidiaries which predominantly speaks only Mandarin

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
