We represent a top tier property development company who are well renowned for delivering prominent and innovative development projects across residential, retail and commercial precincts.The business is looking to bolster their team with a Project Manager to lead a large scale mixed use development project comprising of serviced residences, hotels and retail center. The role will be Selangor based and offers excellent career development opportunities long term.

the role

This is a complex project that will be very hands on in managing all aspects of the development life cycle. Experience within the following areas is essential:

• Proven track record of delivering the large scale mixed used development projects


• Working with external parties such as consultants, architects and contractors


• Feasibility assessment and financial modelling for existing projects


• Resolve planning issues and gain approvals

the experience

Holding relevant tertiary qualifications within property, civil engineering or construction, you will also need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in delivering complex high rise and mixed use development projects.

• Experience completing high rise projects end to end


• 35 + high rise exposure


• Overseas experience on high rise projects are welcome
