A worldwide Relocation Company are looking for a Visa and Immigration Specialist to help grow their Visa Team in Malaysia working on client site.

Visa and Immigration Specialist Role:

• To coordinate complete work permit applications between employees/family members/immigration authorities/HR and any other 3rd parties when needed.


• To work according to company requirements and standards ensuring quality.


• To participate and contribute towards existing and new client management requirements.


• Ensure data is quality checked.


• Identify and implement process improvements within internal and external client structure.


• Accurate and timely management of all Visa and immigration expenses. Act on behalf of the client in processing all visa/work permits for relocating employees.

Experience and Skills Required for the Visa and Immigration Specialist:

• 6+ months of experience within the immigration industry (must have some experience with 2 of the following MIDA, MDeC and IDHQ ).


• Fluent English language skills and ideally fluent Bahasa.


• Strong knowledge of Malaysia immigration laws most importantly towards work permit applications for expatriates and their families.


• Must be ambitious and good under pressure; a team player and self-starter.


• Good computer skills.
