Site Quantity Surveyor

1. To carry out site measurement, site valuation and follow up on progress claims.


2. To request a quotation from sub­contractors and suppliers, analyses and prepare a tender evaluation report.


3. To determine the quantity of site measurement and taking off.


4. To prepare monthly claim reports and to assist the Contract Manager.


5. To check material requisition and ensure that materials are accurate and within the project budget.


6. To review and verify contractual documents to ensure compliance with the contractual terms.


7. To monitor an overall progress of work carried out and value completed work.  


8. To handle procurement, negotiation with Consultants/ Contractors/ Suppliers.  


9. Undertake special assignment, ad­hoc function and related duties as and when required.


10. Any other tasks as directed by the management.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in QS, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.

Highly creative and self-motivated individual who are able to work independently with minimum supervision.

1. Preferably 1-3 years experience in similar field.


2. Fresh graduate with minor experience may try to apply.


3. Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
