Job Description


The Messaging Administrator is focussed on the delivery of Messaging support for problems, requests for service and administration of the messaging environment on customer sites. It includes ensuring that the services provided to individual customers meet the terms and conditions of contracts; achievement of SLA objectives; achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction; and also ensuring that project tasks assigned meet time and customer satisfaction objectives.


Qualifications



  • MS Exchange 2013




  • Lotus Domino and Notes v8.x and/or v9




  • MS Windows Server 2008 or later




  • RHEL




  • Lotus Notes Traveller




  • MS Sharepoint




  • MS Lync




  • MS Outlook




  • Live Communication Server




  • Active Directory knowledge and experience




  • Windows Server skills




  • Powershell Scripting skills




  • Symantec Enterprise Vault
