About Our Client
Our client is a Multinational Company within the Construction Industry. With the rapid growing business, they are looking for competent individual to join their team.

About the Role
The Accountant will be reporting to the Accounts Manager and work closely a team of 9. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare the company treasury


• Prepare reconciliation of all bank and control accounts


• Ensure all financial transactions are processed and consolidated 


• Prepare the management accounts and making sure that it is in line with the monthly accounting timetable


• Deliver all reports according to the deadlines 


• Devolve operational reporting and ownership of budgets to the Managers 


• Involving with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts


• Liaise with internal and external parties such as accountants and auditor

To apply
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have:

• At least a Degree majoring in Accounting and / or Finance, or other relevant disciplines


• Professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / CIMA would be an added advantage


• Minimum 3 years of working experience within the Construction area 


• Working experience with the Big 4 and / or other audit firm


• Able to work within the tight deadlines and dynamic environment 


• Able to write and speak fluently in English and Malay


• Being sharp, diligent and mature in handling you and your team’s work
