Account Exec/Sales and Marketing Exec/Clerk/Despatch/Lorry Driver

JOB POSTING.
 
1)ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION: 
– Handle full set of accounts and manage general ledger and monthly written reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
– Able to handle GST issues.
– To ensure accounts payable, petty cash fund, bank reconciliation, journals and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
– Prepare accurate financial report and handle administration works including payroll and human resource issues.
– Responsible for monitoring accounting process and as well ensuring compliance with business controls measures in accordance with the company policies.
– Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
– Working experience: Have at least 1 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Language skills: English and Malay in verbal & written fluently
– Computer skills: MS offices
– Must be result-oriented, meticulous and able to multi-task
– Able to use AutoCount Express is ADVANTAGE
– Candidate must willing to work at Kota Damansara.
 
2)SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION: 
– Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers for new business, developing and maintaining relationships.
– Promotes products to potential customers
-In Door & Out Door Sales
-Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.
-Handling customer service enquiries and issues.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
– Working experience: Have at least 1 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Good communication skills (English and Malay) and presentable
– Posses own transport and valid driving license
– Able to travel.
 
3)ADMIN CLERK
– Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company
– Assist and participate in any ad-hoc task as required
 
REQUIREMENTS:
– Candidate must possess at least SPM
– Required Skills: Microsoft Office
– Language skills: English and Malay in verbal & written.

4) LORRY DRIVER
– Unload and stock material deliveries
– Experience lorry driver in transportation goods and well known Klang Valley area.
– Valid Driving License (for 5 tons lorry)
– Experience in 5 tons lorry
– Able to speak Malay & English language
– Able to work hard & good attitude.
– Good team player, positive attitude, and pro-active
– Clean driving record
– Able to start immediately.
 
5)DESPATCH CUM OFFICE BOY
 
-Sending and collecting documents, parcel, pay bills, stamping and etc around Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
– Do the admin job
– Looking for despatch with own transport.
– Applicant must possess a valid driving license
– Minimum requirement is SPM Holder
– Able to speak BM & English language
– Able to using the Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
– Familiar to KL/Selangor routes.
– Able to start immediately.
