Senior M&E Engineer - Kuala Lumpur

My client is a global organisation which is quickly making a great impression in the industry. They are renowed for internal progression, providing platforms for engineers to improve their future career and qualifications.

The role will require a candidate who has extensive experience in the M&E area to work closely with design, construction and commissioning managers to help manage the M&E construction through to completion. This will include close liaison with the construction team to deliver and monitor the works by the subcontractor and their specialist.

Duties will include –

• Manage the implementation of the M&E design by subcontractors through to construction completion and handover.


• Implement the site Health & Safety and safe working practices to ensure they standards are met.


• Ensure cost control by working closely with the Commercial Manager.


• Review installation progress against construction programme.


• Proactivly manage subcontractors work to remain on or ahead of construction programme, whilst managing completion of all defects.

Skills and Qualifications required –

• At least 5 year of relevant M&E experience.


• Degree level qualification in mechanical engineering.


• Demonstrable experience in and understanding of building structures.


• HVAC experience.
