Store Hand cum Attendant (MALE)

Main Responsibility:-
Responsible for day to day logistics and warehouse activities including inventory accuracy, stock availability, stock movement, warehouse housekeeping and stock packing
                                         
Job Description:-
1.      To loading and unload goods.
2.      To ensure stocks that deliver to customer are in proper packing and label with correct quantity.
3.      To ensure DO acknowledged completely with customer stamp and signature.
4.      To perform weekly and monthly inventory physical count.
5.      To check & confirm incoming &outgoing parts against Delivery Order/Picking List for each delivery.      
6.      To monitor, feedback and follow up with Storekeeper regards to stock level and raw  material issue. E.g. shortage, discrepancy, wrong part &etc
7.      To ensure stocks are pack according to packing requirements.
8.      To ensure stocks are stock in proper location with FIFO requirement.
9.      To Pick stock base on pick list.
10.  To record incoming & outgoing goods to bin card.
11.  To record incoming customer poly box quantity.
1.      To ensure customer (Perodua) poly box in good condition&
2.      Upon checked goods quantity against label, stamp “OK” at Label.
3.      Responsible for organizing, signaling, the order and cleanliness of all areas for storage in the warehouse according to the 5S principles.
4.      To carry out other tasks from the higher hierarchical levels.

Minimum Requirement(s):-
SPM or equivalent.

Others Accountability:-
Perform duty as Warehouse Supervisor when required by the Warehouse Assistant Manager or Warehouse Executive in the absent of Warehouse Supervisor.
