Lead a group of experts for operations entitlements desk. Direct report line will be the division head.

This is a permanent senior position, involve in people management in a team of 30 head counts.

Duties

Prepare and present prioridical report to management

Oversee the opreations of entitlements team

Ensure performance of the desk meet expectation
