Job Description:



  • Assist HR Executive in Human Resource Department activities.

  • Responsible in Overtime calculation.

  • Responsible in updating medical record and process employees medical claim.

  • Responsible in updating the Attendance Record.

  • Responsible in distribution of Food Coupon and record.

  • Perform ad-hoc or any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirement:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.

  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Chinese is an advantageous.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Rajah, Klang.
