Retail Supervisor - Multiple working locations

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management and operations of the retail outlet


• Responsible for implementation of LeRun’s Company Policy and Procedures


• To enhance corporate brand image and to ensure an Exceptional Customer Servie experience for Customer


• Responsible for outlet’s manpower management in term of manpower planning, training, supervision and succession planning


• Responsible for the effective execution of the Sales Plan, conducting Sales Analysis and managing the outlet’s sales & profits


• Inventory control management and security management


• To provide feedback on sales & customer service issues and to propose appropriate solutions


• Coordinate with Marketing on the aspects of marketing, in-store promotion & visual merchandising

 Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in any discipline, candidate who without academic qualification but have more than 5 years working experience in retail industry are encourage to apply


• Minimum 2 -3 years working experience in retail industry


• Proficient in both writing and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia languages


• Able to converse in Chinese dialect will be an added advantage


• Good negotiation and persuasion skills


• Energetic, enthusiastic about interacting with people


• Must be customer-orientated & service-orientated


• Responsible, proactive, self-discipline and good leadership skills


• Candidate required to work in weekends and public holiday


• Willing to transfer between outlets


• Preferably candidates who possess an avid interest in bikes and biking activities
