M&E Manager - Kuala Lumpur

My client is a traditionally a Property Developer who has recently re-launched themselves as a Main Contractor. They have a project pipeline value of over 1bn and have recently secured a new project worth 500 Million. The business works on both private and government projects so they can offer you a mix of projects.

The role is to Manage the M&E work on 3 high-rise projects and to monitor the progress of these projects. You will be monitoring a small team and will be motivating and pushing the team forward, towards tight deadlines.

The duties will include being client focussed and maintaining regular interactions with numbers departments. You will interface internally and externally with various people and will be involved with delivering design in accordance with the programme. You will also act as a mentor to lesser experienced engineers.

Skills and experience required will include but will not be limited to –

• BSC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.


• Must have High-Rise experience.


• Experience in Managing a small team.


• Service coordination experience.
