• Exceptional Customer Service;


• Managing Relationship with Customers;


• Sales Negotiation & Closing;


• Professional Consultations;


• Retail Outlet Operation;


• Social Marketing;


• Problem-solving in relation to customer service issues;


• Analysis of sales and stocks;


• Road shows, trade exhibitions and events.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.


• Required skill(s): Good Customer Service.


• Preferred skill(s): Passionate About Cycling.


• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English


• Preferred language(s): Chinese.


• Applicants must be willing to work in Hartamas, Bangsar, Putrajaya & Botanic.


• 3 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s) and above.


• The internship shall be based in our Rodalink Chain Stores and shall require the candidate to work on weekends and public holidays. Off-days shall be on weekdays
