About the Job:

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  1. Preparation and posting of cruise revenue transaction to the General Ledger and Accounts Receivable module in SAP.
  
  
  2. Prepare journal entries and updating of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
  
  
  3. Perform auditing to the cruise revenue with different system interface and other department to ensure accuracy of the accounting records.
  
  
  4. Ensure timely reconciliation and posting of worldwide collection transactions into the accounting system.
  
  
  5. Preparation of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
  
  
  6. Carry out Credit’s daily operations task by strict compliance to policy and procedures.
  
  
  7. Payment reconciliation and ensure payment are properly and promptly posted into system
  
  
  8. Prepare and send accurate Weekly Billing Report / invoices to Sales Agent for settlement arrangement.
  
  
  9. Maintain required accounting records, reports and files in an organized manner.
  
  

About the Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Accounts Receivable(AR)


• Must have an Audit background minimum 1 year


• Life exeperiences in SAP accounting module


• Shared services background will be an added advantage


• Able to speak Mandarin @ cantonese -compulsory
