Customer Care


We are looking for Customer Care Representative that will be responsible for ensuring that our customers’ virtual shopping experiences exceeds our standards and their expectations. We love new ideas, so if you have new, fun ways that can help escalate the customer experience, tell us!


We are an online based company so we relied heavily on online communications, but face-to-face interactions can happen. You will be expected to make quick decisions in our fast-paced, customer-focused environment.



  • Communicate with our customers directly and indirectly (through phone, mail, etc.)




  • Respond in a timely manner to all emails and phone calls.




  • Design ideas and ways with a goal of impressing our customers and making them feel special.




  • Reflect customers’ opinions and ideas to related department.




  • Maintain positive, friendly and helpful demeanor throughout every interaction.




  • Resolving difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.




  • Assisting shipping department when needed.




  • You love people.    




  • Experience in customer service related field.




  • Basic computer skills.




  • Eagerness to learn and able to juggle many tasks.




  • Ability to build relationships in a professional manner.
