Fashion Designer

Milktee is looking for someone that understand our concept to join our design team. Designer will be focus on apparel that are tailored to local female needs. You will need to be passionate, creative(like, really?), and is able to think on your feet.

You will be involved in fittings, reviewing samples, fabrics, and product development. Essential communication skills as you will need to communicate with product development team and the creative team.

Our brand’s design aesthetics focus on the truly wearable and simplicity, comfortable and long lasting. We strive to create fashion pieces that will last, in style and as a clothing itself.

The ideal candidate will be able to design with our vision in mind and ideally has experience in a fashion background.

What You’ll Do:

  Build design concepts and mood boards that can inspire product creation.

  
  


• 
  

  Overlooking the process of product development.

  
  


• 
  

  Sample viewing, tailoring design issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with factories for product development details.

  
  


• 
  

  Help with photoshoot styling.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with creative team on visions behind the designs.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Experience in designing in the fashion industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in Photoshop.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of fabric and fabric treatments.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Education in fashion design.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to recognize and accurately forecast and tailor your design style and trend to Milktee’s target customer.

  
  


• Ability to sketch or communicate design idea via computer program.
